PT PLN Nusantara Renewables constitutes a part of PLN Group.
We
currently have 7 Subsidiaries and Affiliate Companies developing 4 power plant
projects in Indonesia.
Organizational Structure
Referring to the Law of Limited Liabilities Company No. 40 of
2007, the Organizational Structure of PT PLN Nusantara Renewables consists of General Meeting of
Shareholders, the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors.
